- The route 58 tram stops close to the door, roughly 25 minutes from the CBD. There is street parking directly out front, and the opposite side of Melville Road is unrestricted at any hour. On the clinic's side you cannot park between 7:00am and 9:00am Monday to Friday, and that one is enforced, so for an appointment before 9:00am on a weekday, park across the road.

Common questions
Do I need a referral?
No. Chiropractic is a primary contact profession, so you can book directly. A referral only matters where a third party is paying, WorkSafe, the TAC or DVA, or where your GP has put you on a chronic disease management plan and Medicare is contributing part of the fee. That pathway is explained on the Medicare rebate page.
How soon can I be seen?
Often the same week, and sometimes the same day. The clinic runs to 7:00pm on weeknights and to 4:00pm on Saturday, so appointments outside working hours are genuinely available rather than theoretical. Book online to see what is actually free, or call and reception will tell you.
What will the first appointment cost?
A first appointment is $125, billed under item code 1002. HICAPS is on site, so if your policy includes chiropractic you claim at the desk and pay only the gap. Quote that item code to your fund and they will tell you exactly what your policy pays.
Where do I park?
