By public transport, tram route 19 runs the full length of Sydney Road and connects across to the route 58 at Brunswick West, which runs along Melville Road. Get off at stop 35, on the corner of Victoria Street. Coburg Station on the Upfield line is a short walk from the Sydney Road strip.
