Getting here from Pascoe Vale South

Melville Road runs directly to the clinic, this is the shortest trip of any suburb on this site. A few minutes by car, and the route 58 tram covers the same road, stopping at stop 35 on the corner of Victoria Street.

What Pascoe Vale South patients come in with

Because it is the closest suburb, the mix here is the broadest, this is where a good share of the regular caseload comes from rather than any single pattern.

Desk and commute load, producing neck pain and headache patterns.

Manual and trade work, producing lower back and shoulder presentations, frequently as WorkSafe claims.

Walking and running on the Moonee Ponds Creek trail, with the load-related knee, hip and heel presentations that follow a change in distance or footwear.

Family care, pregnancy, paediatric and older patients, all of which are a normal part of the week here rather than an occasional appointment.

Your first appointment

About 30 minutes, and mostly assessment: a full history, a physical assessment covering posture, movement and muscle and joint testing, an orthopaedic and neurological screen, and an explanation of what was found before any treatment happens.

Three chiropractors practise here, each publishing their AHPRA registration number. An initial consultation is $125 and a standard consultation $78, every fee and item code is on the fees page, and HICAPS is on site so private health rebates are claimed at the desk.
