Fifteen to twenty minutes by car west along Bell Street or Moreland Road. Tram route 86 runs the length of High Street, with the 19 and 58 connecting across to Brunswick West, the 58 stops at stop 35, on the corner of Victoria Street.

About 30 minutes, and mostly assessment: a full history, a physical assessment covering posture, movement and muscle and joint testing, an orthopaedic and neurological screen, and an explanation of what was found before any treatment happens.

- There is street parking directly out front, and the opposite side of Melville Road is unrestricted at any hour. On the clinic's side you cannot park between 7:00am and 9:00am Monday to Friday, and that one is enforced, so for an appointment before 9:00am on a weekday, park across the road.
