Two elastic loops sit around the shoulders, joined by a padded panel between the shoulder blades, so it pulls the shoulders back and down while you wear it. The same band doubles as exercise tubing for the Stretch – Strengthen – Stabilise routine in the pack. Original suits most people starting out; Plus is firmer, for anyone who already trains regularly. Your size comes off your height and weight — the chart is the last photo.
